The Nikola House is situated in a quiet part of the village next to the pine forest along the Sumartin promenade. It is 40m away from the natural stone beach located south of the house and 80m from the most beautiful natural sandy beach (pictured) on the eastern part of Brač. The house has a large 800m2 garden where you can relax on the deck chairs and enjoy the barbecue. The yard is sheltered with greenery and provides complete privacy and the right place for family vacations. It is rented as a whole house, in the house you are alone, there are no other guests.

Payment and terms
The sojourn tax is included in the price.
The reservation is considered as confirmed on the date of the advance payment of 30% of the total rental value. Upon arrival, a deposit of 200 euros is required to be refunded to guests on the day of departure, if the rented property is left in the same condition as it was found. Arrival time 14 h, departure time 9 h.
