It has a view of the sea and is only 300 meters away from the sea and the beach. Living area of 110 m2 + 25 m2 terrace, large garden area of 280 m2 covered with stone slabs, with 4 rooms (8 beds) and two swimming pools. A large pool with 4 massage jets of 24 m2 and a depth of 1.5 m for adults and a smaller pool intended for small children of size 3.5 m2 and a depth of 0.5 m. Both pools are heated by means of 10 m2 solar collectors that allow the temperature of the pool of 21 °C in May and October. The outdoor shower and grill are located in the area surrounding the house. The house is air-conditioned and has access to wireless internet. Three parking spaces are provided within the property surrounding the house. Pets are welcome.
