Concrete beach The house is located max10 minutes walk from the center where you have all the necessary facilities - market, shops, pharmacy. From the main central beach we are a 5-10 minute walk away. It has all the necessary facilities for children and adults - playgrounds, sandpit, beach volleyball court, basketball court, trampoline, boat rental, sandy beach, cafes and restaurants. Apartments are also away from the shopping center and Biograd na Moru in just 5 minutes by car. If you come with more than 2 cars near the house there is a guarded parking lot that charges parking for 15 euros a week.
