Detailed description

The house is located near the center of Zadar, near the bus station. It consists of two separate apartments. Each apartment has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen and living room with a sofa bed. Around the house there are front and back yard, which have a total of about 360 m2. At the front there is a garage and another parking space (there is possibility to park another car in front of the house) while behind the house are old cherry tree under which is a wooden table for 10 people and barbecue. The center is located about 20 minutes, the beach Kolovare 10 minutes and the bus station is only 5 minutes. Nearby there is everything you need: shops, restaurants, pizzerias, cinema, markets, shopping centers, etc.
