The apartment reservation fee is €250 and is paid to our IBAN, which makes the reservation final. The rest of the amount is paid on site upon arrival at the apartment or by payment to IBAN. Check-in to the apartment is possible from 3:00 PM. On the day of departure, you must leave the apartment by 10:00 AM at the latest.
Residential tax is included in price.To receive a full refund, guests must cancel within 48 hours of booking, and cancellation must occur at least 14 days prior to the start of the reservation. If a guest cancels a reservation 7-14 days prior to the start of the reservation, they will receive a 50% refund. A full refund is possible if the apartment is booked by other guests, regardless of the time of cancellation.

Pebble beach For all our guests, we have provided an open parking space in the shade of olive trees at the back of the house. Apartment Raža is surrounded by a large garden that is cultivated with great love. There is a barbecue in the immediate vicinity of the garden. For all guests who prefer shade, there is a terrace right by the sea with deck chairs and garden furniture. For all our guests who own or rent a boat, there is a waterfront and boat moorings in front of the apartment, as well as a workshop where you can store boat equipment or beach items. An excellent apartment that is beautifully decorated in a Mediterranean style, very spacious and clean. Object descriptions and details are accurate as in the ad. Pictures cannot adequately convey the peace and beauty that will await you if you decide to stay at this accommodation. We were more than pleasantly surprised upon arrival. The apartment is superbly decorated, so you won't miss anything. The housekeeper Davorka is very kind and tried her best to make our stay in the apartment pleasant, we felt at home. She was always at our disposal and gave us useful tips on what to visit, where to eat, etc. The pebble beach is located right below the accommodation, and a promenade stretches along the coast along the sea, which you can take all the way to the town of Rab itself. We would definitely recommend this accommodation, it has a rating of 10/10 from us.
