Apartments 30 m from the sea, free mooring for the vessel. The house owned by the family Snježana and Slobodan (Bobo) Frankić is located in Barbat on the island of Rab, 4 km from the town of Rab and 6 km from the ferry. It was built as a one-story building with five apartments for rent, a common room for entertainment and one apartment where the hosts live. The house is located in a quiet area, in a beautiful residential area, it is only 30 meters from the sea and is surrounded by a parking lot, a flower garden, an orchard, a sunny terrace with deckchairs, a playground for children and adults, and a common terrace. There are five apartments for 4 people: Apartment 1, Apartment 3, Apartment 4, Apartment 5 and one apartment for 2 people: Apartment 2. Two apartments for 4 people: Apartment 1, Apartment 3 and one apartment for 2 people: Apartment 2 are located on the ground floor, and two apartments for four people: Apartment 4, Apartment 5 on the first floor (hosts and rented Apartment 5 share a terrace). All apartments have air conditioning. Free WiFi

Payment and terms
We accept inquiries and reservations via email ssfrankic@gmail.com or via the form. Our offer contains a description of the requested apartment, the date, the price per day, the total price and the amount of the advance payment, expressed in euros. The offer is valid for 24 hours. Adults can apply for a reservation. The apartment is reserved for the requested date after payment of the advance payment. For a stay of up to 10 nights, the advance payment is the price of 3 nights. For stays over 10 nights, the advance payment is 30% of the total price of the reservation. The down payment is paid to the host's bank account according to the calculation in the offer. The reservation is valid at the moment when the advance payment is visible on our bank account, after which we will send you a confirmation of the reservation. The guest pays the remaining amount up to the total value of the accommodation on the day of arrival. All bank charges and other costs incurred are borne by the client. Big or small, all dogs are welcome, the price is €6 per day. You must announce the dog when booking. Check-in 14.00 Check-out 10.00
Residential tax is included in price.
Cancellation policy
In case of cancellation of the reservation after the advance payment has been paid, the owner of the apartment retains the entire amount of the advance payment if the cancellation of the reservation is made within a period of 60 days or less before the earliest arrival date. If the reservation is canceled earlier than 60 days before arrival, the owner of the apartment will return 50% of the advance payment to the guests. There is no possibility of refund after guests have started using the apartment.

Garden terrace with wood and gas grill, garden furniture, umbrellas, outdoor gatherings, just waiting for you! There is nothing better than enjoying the outdoors in fine food and pleasant company. Relax and enjoy the sun on the deckchairs on the sun terrace. If you want some activity, there is a playground for children and adults in the garden. There is a trampoline, badminton and air bowling, and for your youngest members swings, a slide and sand for children. In the common room there is table tennis, billiards, electronic darts, table football and satellite TV. 30 meters from the house there is a small beach and free boat moorings on the pier. We use 5 moorings for the boat. You must announce the boat when booking. If you come with a trailer and a boat, please park the boat and trailer at the crane first. There is no place to turn on the narrow driveway to our house. Limitation of liability: We do not assume any responsibility for the connections and their condition. It is your responsibility as the boat owner to properly moor the boat.
