For reservations lasting 2 to 5 nights, the advance payment is 50% of the total amount of the stay. For reservations longer than 5 nights, the advance payment is 30% of the total amount of the stay. The advance payment must be paid to the apartment owner's personal account within 3 working days of the reservation agreement. If the down payment is not paid within the specified period, it is considered that the reservation has not been confirmed and the apartment goes on sale. The rest of the amount can be paid in two ways: - via mobile banking - in cash upon arrival at the apartment Check-in: from 14:00 Check-out: until 10:00
Residential tax is included in price.Free cancellation is possible up to 30 days before arrival. In this case, the guests will be refunded the full amount of the advance payment (deposit). In case of cancellation within 30 days before arrival or in case of no-show, the advance payment is not returned.
