We stayed in apartment 4±1, everything in the apartment is equipped as if we were at home.....spacious, very nicely decorated, air-conditioned....the most beautiful view from the balcony, friendly owner....we'll definitely see you again

I forgot to mention that the A4+1 apartment also has a fully equipped kitchen (not a kitchenette) with a large refrigerator and dining table. There's also a washing machine, everything is clean, and towels are provided. The balcony has a table and chairs, a daybed, and retractable awnings, which the owners ask you to roll up when you leave and at night. I recommend a walk to Brela and Punta Rata beach, always along the sidewalk along the beach.

Hassle-free communication and stay, with a wonderful view of the sea and the islands of Brač and Hvar from the large balcony. A4+1 has a living room, two separate bedrooms, and two bathrooms, with air conditioning in both bedrooms and the living room. The price of your stay includes parking across the street, next to the Puntin restaurant. Upon arrival, you must provide the owners with your car's registration number, and they will report it to the staff. There's a walkway between the restaurants across from the apartments to the beach, so you don't have to walk far. There's a market downstairs, and a bakery about 100 meters away. They have pizza by the slice, burek with meat, and cheese. I recommend Savijača sa mesom. If someone wants to walk 270m, on Blato Street there is the Studenac Market, and behind it the Farmers Market - a fruit and vegetable market with homemade products such as olive oil, cheese... On the other side of the street there is the Mars Restaurant with seafood. It's close to the port where various cruises depart. If you don't want to spend the whole day, there are sunset submarine tours. I was there for €20, about an hour to Makarska, a two-hour walk, and an hour back.
