Cancellation Policy: The guest may cancel the booking by means of a unilateral written declaration up to four months prior to the scheduled arrival date without incurring a cancellation fee; we reserve the right to retain only a €25 processing fee. For cancellations made less than four months prior to the scheduled arrival date, the following cancellation fees apply: 4 months to 1 month prior to arrival: 40% of the booking value 1 month to 1 week prior to arrival: 70% of the booking value During the final week prior to arrival or in the event of early departure: 90% of the booking value We accept no liability for illness, accidents, weather conditions, or other unforeseen events. If the room is successfully re-let for the period in question, the booking value corresponding to the re-let period will be refunded. Any deposit already paid will be offset against the aforementioned cancellation fees.

All our apartments feature a kitchen with basic equipment; bed linen and towels are provided and changed at regular intervals. Each apartment also comes with a free parking space on our private parking deck. Use of the pool and Wi-Fi is complimentary for our guests. We can provide a baby cot and high chair upon request.
