Stara lipa is an old stone house built in 1864 and renovated over the years. The house is air conditioned, has an area of at least 120m2, a terrace of 24m2 and a fenced garden of 70m2 with barbecue. The ground floor has a fully equipped kitchen, dining room and living room with access to the garden. The first floor contains two bedrooms overlooking Biokovo and a bathroom. The second floor contains two bedrooms with access to the terrace overlooking the sea. It is only 20m away from the promenade and approx. 3 minutes to the nearest beach. You can complete your free time with a large selection of boat trips to the islands of Hvar, Brac and Korcula and enjoy the charms of Biokovo Mountain, Cetina River Canyon, Makarska, Split, Dubrovnik and the famous shrine of Medjugorje, as well as numerous sea sports activities. The easiest way to book accommodation is to contact us by email, whatapp, viber or sms. In your message, specify the desired date, after which we will give you an offer for accommodation. The advance payment is paid in the amount of 20% of the total price of accommodation, and the rest on the first day of arrival. The reservation for the apartment is confirmed and is safe when the advance payment is made. The deadline for advance payment is 3 days. Accommodation is available from 15:00 on the day of arrival, until 10:00 on the day of departure. Tourist tax is included in the price.
