The environmental tax is €0.30 / person / day. Guest registration is €2.50 per person / one time. Stay of up to 4 nights in the period July 1 - 25. 8. 30% more is charged. Guest check-in from 2 p.m., check-out by 10 a.m. An extra bed is charged €10 per day. Obligatory final cleaning is €30 per apartment. To confirm the reservation, you need to pay an advance payment in the amount of 20% of the total price, the rest of the amount is paid upon arrival.

We stayed in this beautiful house in August for 13 days, three of us, and I have to give it 5 stars for everything. Even though we're an Italian family and don't speak Croatian, the owners welcomed us very warmly and we were able to communicate without any problems. The house is perfect, clean, tidy, and fully equipped. Outside, there's a beautiful furnished space with a table, chairs, and a sofa where you can eat and relax. There's also a garden with plants for complete privacy. The house is just minutes from the sea and the center of Baska...beautiful sea...I hope to return soon. Thanks to Dubravka and Mladen.

The apartment is wonderful, ideal for 4 people. It is fully equipped with all necessary equipment. Everything is new and very well prepared for guests. In addition, the apartment has a wonderful terrace and garden, where our children had a great time. The beach is about 8 minutes walk and on the way we have a bakery and a shop. The hosts are very helpful and care about the comfort of their guests. I recommend it to everyone because the beach and the surrounding area are great. We'll be happy to return.
