Payment and terms
Please note that reservations in the period 01.03.-22.06. it is possible to do it for a minimum of 4 nights, in the period 22.06.-07.09. minimum for 7 nights, and in the period 07.09.-07.10. minimum for 4 nights. The prices will be displayed when you enter the desired period of stay and the number of people. You can see the prices by season under the € price list (on the right, under the pictures of the desired accommodation unit). Additional costs: environmental tax (0.30 EUR/person/night) and registration (5 EUR/person/one time). Pets - allowed - on request - (10 EUR/ pet/ night) For a fixed reservation, an advance payment (via bank) in the amount of 30% of the total price of the apartment is required. The rest of the accommodation amount, environmental tax and registration are paid upon arrival. Entry to the apartment is possible after 2 p.m., departure is until 10 a.m.
