Apartment Jadran 1 (30 m² including terrace): Features a bedroom with a double bed (160x200), a bathroom with a shower and hairdryer, and a living area with a kitchenette. The living room includes an extra bed (85x200) for a child up to 12 years old. Apartment Jadran 2 (37 m² including terrace): Features a bedroom with a double bed (160x200) and an armchair bed (80x200) for a child up to 10 years old, a bathroom, and a living area with a kitchen. Check-in/out: Check-in is after 14:00, and check-out is by 10:00. Payment: Reservations are confirmed by a 30% deposit payment. The remaining balance is paid upon arrival. Damage deposit: A deposit of €150 is required upon arrival, which is refunded on the day of departure if no damage has occurred. Pricing: For stays of up to 3 nights, the price is 30% higher. The surcharge for an extra person is €10 per night. House rules: Unregistered guests and pets are not allowed. Quiet hours: 15:00–17:00 and 23:00–08:00. Season: Closed from Oct 31 to Mar 15. Bookings for 2026 are accepted from Jan 1, 2026.

Great accommodation, clean and well equipped! We didn't miss anything, we found everything in the kitchen, there was even a hot sandwich maker. The garden was well maintained, it was nice to sit out, they even thought of the children with a big box of toys. Ivana and Barbara were very kind and helpful! We spent a great week with them!

Very nice hosts, clean and beautiful apartment, everything you need is there. The location of the apartment is perfect (quiet), 5 minutes walk to the beach, supermarket and restaurant. We felt very comfortable, can recommend it to everyone!
