Apartments Jadran are located in a quiet part of Baška, 300 meters (5 minutes' walk) from the sea and the main beach, and for lovers of outdoor activities, we are close to hiking and biking trails. Apartments Jadran is a private house with two small apartments on the ground floor, which are suitable for two adults or a family with a child (0-12), and one apartment for a family with two smaller children (0-10). Parking is provided (in the yard of the house).

Up to THREE nights, the price is 30% MORE expensive; ADDITIONAL PERSON pays 7 or 10 € per night, depending on the season. ARRIVAL TIME: after 14:00; DEPARTURE TIME: until 10:00 a.m.; DEPOSIT is paid in the amount of one or two nights, depending on the length of stay, the rest upon arrival in the apartment; DAMAGE DEPOSIT amounts to €100, the guest pays it upon arrival to the apartment, if nothing is broken it is returned upon departure; The house has ONE PARKING PLACE for each apartment; IT IS PROHIBITED: bringing people who are not users of the accommodation, making noise between 24-8 hours, bringing pets From 31.10.. to 1.04. we are closed. Cancellation policy
Advance payment is the amount paid by the guest to the account of the owner of the apartment and it is the amount that guarantees the arrival of the guest to the owner of the apartment and the reservation of the apartment to the guest for a certain date and a certain number of people, and is compensation in case of non-arrival of the guest; advance payment is in the amount of one/two nights (depending on the period of stay) and is non-refundable. The rest of the amount is paid by the guest upon entering the apartment, and after payment and check-in he is given an invoice and documents are returned. Upon arrival, the guest gives a damage deposit in the amount of €100, which is returned to him on the day of departure if he has not caused any damage. In case of damage, the deposit remains with the owner of the apartment to cover the damage in the amount of the damage. If the amount of damage is greater than the deposit, the guest is obliged to pay immediately. If the guest decides to end his stay early, he is obliged to pay the full amount. In case of violation of the house rules, the agency or the owner of the apartment has the right to cancel the reservation, and the amount from the next day until the end of the stay is returned

A family with a small child can get a cot and a high chair upon request. An iron and an ironing board are available upon request. It is allowed to use the barbecue (announce in advance) and the children's house in the garden (wash and clean everything after use).
