All apartments have their own terrace and balcony and free parking in a fenced yard. The beautiful beach and all other important facilities (shop, bank, pharmacy, post office) are 100-200 m away, i.e. 3-5 minutes walk. Pleasant and quiet area around the entire building, a landscaped garden with lots of Mediterranean plants and a special relaxation area with a barbecue and a summer kitchen.
