Apartments Tea are family apartments in Baška on the island of Krk. They are located in several locations in Baška, near the Sunny Hotel Corinthia and in Draga Baška. The apartments are fully equipped, located in a quiet street near the central Vela Plaža beach.
Accommodation units
When booking, a non-refundable deposit of 40% of the total amount is required. The deposit is paid based on the offer. The rest of the total amount of your reservation must be paid upon arrival at the apartment, in cash. The price of the night includes registration with the Tourist Board, tourist tax, use of air conditioning, baby cot, WIFI, parking and eco tax. Check-in is on the day of arrival from 2:00 PM, and check-out is on the day of departure from 7:00 AM to 9:00 AM. When booking, it is necessary to state the exact number of people who will use the apartment. All people using the apartment must be registered with the Tourist Board. A baby cot must be reserved when booking accommodation. There is no additional charge for a baby cot. House rules: Parties are not allowed. Guests are not allowed to make noise from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
Residential tax is included in price.The advance payment serves to save the reserved appointment. It is a guarantee that the booked appointment will not be offered to other guests. Advance payment and final confirmation of your reservation. Advance payment is not a substitute for a certain number of days of stay. The down payment is paid on the basis of the offer sent to the e-mail address and is 40% of the total amount of the stay. Advance payment is non-refundable. In the event that arrival is prevented, with prior notice, the advance payment can be used for another available appointment or for the next year's season. The advance payment can be transferred once to the next year. If the guest does not arrive, the advance payment cannot be used for further arrivals. Advance payment is not a substitute for a certain number of days of stay.
