Dear guests, the property is located a 5-minute walk from the shop, a 5-minute walk from the beach, a 15-minute walk from the center where there are two restaurants, a post office, an ATM, a bakery, a marker, a butcher shop, and a clinic and a pharmacy are nearby. Restaurants on the coast are a 15-minute walk along the sea. Zadar is 5 km away, connected by bus every hour to the town, the bus stop is 1 minute walk from the property. An hour and a half drive from the property are the Krka and Plitvice Lakes national parks and the Kornati national park, as well as the Vrana Lake and Telaščica nature parks. We have a dog, a female German shepherd who lives with us. She is emotionally attached to people, so we ask you to avoid any contact with her, feeding her is especially undesirable. She is full of energy and is uncontrollably excited when she sees people, she whines, barks and calls them to pet her. Since her arrival, we have been working on her learning to control her excitement towards people, so we ask you to be accommodating.

For the reservation, an advance payment of 30% of the total amount must be paid, the rest is paid upon arrival at the facility. The owners are friendly and helpful. The wi-fi was not working, the balcony overlooked the construction site and not the sea. The apartment is dark.

Normal and correct hosts. They will be at your service for all questions, if you don't have any questions, they won't bother you. Everything as described and agreed. Secured parking, air conditioning, terraces with a view of the sea. Beach close to 10 minutes walk. Bibinje is a peaceful and quiet place, I would recommend it for a stay with small children.
