Concrete beach In the common area there is a beautiful swimming pool surrounded by greenery with a view of the sea. This pool offers a quiet space to relax and enjoy the comfortable deckchairs where you can sunbathe or relax in the shade of trees or umbrellas. For smaller children, there is also a smaller shallow pool where they can swim safely under the supervision of their parents. The complex has more than enough space for all guests (the house has a total of 3 apartments) with a sufficient number of sunbeds and umbrellas.

We had a wonderful holiday in an extremely beautiful location right by the sea and the swimming pool in front of the apartment. The hosts are extremely friendly and we felt relaxed and established a friendly relationship with them. The apartments are clean and very well-kept, as is the surrounding area. I recommend this destination to anyone who wants to have a real vacation. I rate the destination with a score of 5, so we will return next year. Thank you to the Sekula family

I absolutely cannot understand the reviews here. The accommodation is in a very nice location. But that's about it. Unfortunately, the photos online are no longer up to date. The house and the property are now run down and very neglected. Many things in the apartments are broken, such as windows, furniture or kitchen utensils. There is also some damage outside by the pool. Everything has become old without anyone taking care of its maintenance. A real shame for what was otherwise a very nice accommodation.

It is really sad to read such review considering how much effort we are doing in maintenance of apartments and house surrounding (including pool) in order to provide comfortable vacations for our guests. I will not get into much detail but be sure that: - no windows are broken nor that was case in any moment of time - furniture is not broken, we're replacing number of furniture pieces in all apartments annually as soon as we notice that something is not so comfortable or functional any more (for example we just had new box spring beds equipped in that apartment before summer when this vacation occurred) - if some of the dish ware is broken, which happens all the time and it is not big deal we just need info and we're replacing it immediately. Keep in mind that we're hosting many guests and often we have arrivals and departures in the same day so there is limited time which we focus on cleaning so some broken piece of dish can be unnoticed This guests didn't made one objection during the vacation so to read such review is really unexpected. Finally, be sure that pictures are up-to-date and I'm also providing link of our apartments on Airbnb from where main part of our guests are arriving. We came home from the accommodation yesterday. We missed it right from the start. We would go back in a heartbeat! The beach is 20 meters away, I had coffee there every morning. Nice beach, great private pool with sunbeds. The owners are nice people. The apartments have all the comforts, they are clean and sophisticated.

Clean, well-equipped apartment in an excellent location. Our older teenage kids really enjoyed it. The beach was a few steps away which was not too crowded. Although the beach is pebbly, after a step or two it becomes fine sand. The pool in the yard was great. We found everything we needed. We would like to come back here again.

We stayed in Bibinje for a week with our 2 teenagers. The location of the apartment right by the sea is great. Getting there with Google works well, but unfortunately there is no house number at the gate, so at first you think you're in the wrong place. The apartment is large enough and relatively modern. The beds are new and comfortable. Unfortunately there are a few little things missing. There is no way to hang up towels in the bathrooms. A few wall hooks would help. The toilet paper holder was also missing in one. There is generally no storage space or the only small shelf was so loose that you couldn't put anything on it. The kitchen is quite small, but has a dishwasher. The pans may need to be replaced (induction cooker, not all pans are suitable for this) and the coffee machine needs to be descaled. Unfortunately it doesn't work that way. Overall it was a nice vacation and we might come back. The restaurants are within easy walking distance and it is not far to the bakery or small supermarket.

A very nice new and well-kept house with a swimming pool, great location, right next to the beach. This was the best accommodation in Croatia, where they vacationed with their family until now, and the best location for us in Bibinje. It offers all the comfort you need - a nice modern apartment, swimming pool, outdoor shower. deckchairs, beautiful view of the sea. Very friendly hosts who make you feel at home. Bibinje is also great - you can do everything on foot, without a car, they have a long promenade by the sea, enough restaurants, bakeries, shops. We will definitely be back!
