Lucija Retreat is a fenced family oasis in a quiet part of Bibinje - a house with two completely separate apartments, each 90 m² in size, with 2 bedrooms, kitchen, living room, 2 bathrooms, dining room and a large terrace. Guests of both apartments share a private swimming pool (8x4 m) with sun loungers, a barbecue, a large parking lot and a recreation room with table tennis and darts, and a trampoline awaits the youngest in the yard. The yard is enclosed by a 2-meter high fence, so children can play safely and without the gaze of passers-by, while parents relax by the pool. The beach is a 5-minute walk away, and within the same radius are the old village, the port and several restaurants. A bakery, shops and local fruit, vegetable and wine producers are 2 minutes from the house. Zadar with the Sea Organ and the Greeting to the Sun is a 10-minute drive away, Zadar airport is only 6 km away, and the Paklenica and Krka national parks and excursions to the Kornati Islands are accessible within an hour - ideal for both pre- and post-season, when sightseeing is most enjoyable. The pool is in operation from 15.05. until 15.10. For a reservation, an advance payment of 30% per sent offer, which includes the account number and all information, is required.

The reservation is confirmed by an advance payment in the amount of 30% of the total amount, according to the sent offer that contains the account number and all payment information. Residential tax is included in price.The deposit is refunded under the following conditions: in case of cancellation of the reservation more than 20 days before the scheduled arrival, the deposit is refunded in full. If the guest cancels the reservation within 20 days before arrival, the deposit is refunded in full only if we find a replacement reservation for the same date; if a replacement reservation is not found, the deposit is retained. These rules ensure a balance between flexibility for guests and protection for hosts.

In the immediate vicinity of the house there are a bakery, shops and local fruit, vegetable and wine producers, and we will be happy to recommend trips to the surrounding area: Zadar, Krka National Park, Paklenica National Park, Kornati and Lake Vrana.

Well, stay in the apartment with 2 beds and it was really really good. The place was practically a brand new, extremely clean, large terrace, a large, secured garden for children. The location is perfect - a 5 minute walk in almost every direction brings you to the beach, old village, harbor, several restaurants! Just 2 minutes walk to the bakeries, shops, and local sellers who sell their own fruits, vegetables and wine. This place is a jewel, and host Valentino is an absolute gentleman who has come out of us to welcome us.
