The house is fully equipped and is located in the old historical part of Bibinje. The entire house (140m2 - 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 1 toilet, living room, kitchen and dining room, 2 balconies) and the courtyard (30m2) are rented in their entirety (there is no owner or other guests). The courtyard is surrounded by a stone wall and guarantees full privacy for guests. The courtyard has the option of being locked, it is possible to leave bicycles, paddle boards (SUP) and other things. Ideal for families with children, the sea and beaches facing the Zadar islands are in the immediate vicinity (60 m), as well as cafes, a pharmacy, shops and restaurants. Bibinje is 6 km from Zadar. With a beautiful sunset, the smell of salt and the sound of the sea, come and enjoy our place!

A 30% deposit is required after a successful reservation as confirmation of arrival, and the rest in cash upon arrival. The tourist tax is included in the price. The price includes the use of a fully equipped house with bed linen and towels, water, electricity, taxes, tourist check-in and check-out, and air conditioning. Check-in time is from 2:00 p.m. Check-out time is until 10:00 a.m. by arrangement. ADDITIONAL COSTS: Public parking is located 20m from the house, a preferential ticket is charged an additional 40 EUR per car per stay in the public parking lot. Final cleaning is EUR 100 and is charged upon arrival.
