These beautiful apartments "Emi" in the village of Bibinje, only 6 km from the ancient city of Zadar, will provide a pleasant and peaceful vacation for your family. The house is located in the middle of a small peninsula. Bibinje has the charm of a traditional Adriatic village. Fishing boats still arrive, which catch bring to the local market and restaurants. Thanks to its peaceful atmosphere, visitors will experience such rare peace and relaxation in modern life. Enjoy the maximum untouched beaches and crystal clear sea under the hot Mediterranean sun. The house is located in the very center of the "Stari Selo". There are two separate apartments. This house can also be rented as a unit suitable for 8 people. The apartment on the ground floor has 1 bedroom, for two people and a living room with a sofa bed for two people, an outdoor barbecue, a kitchen and a bathroom. You can enjoy in dishes on a small terrace with a common barbecue.On the first floor there are 2 bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, a bathroom, a furnished attic for children and a beautiful terrace.

Payment and terms
The reservation payment is 30% of the total amount for accommodation and is paid to the owner's bank account, and the rest in cash on the day of arrival together with the tourist tax (1.33 Euros per person per day). The ideal time of arrival would be from 12:00 to 14:00, and the building must be vacated by 10:00 in the morning. The arrival time can be flexible, with the required advance notice. Upon arrival, the guest leaves a refundable deposit of 50 Euros in case of material damage.
Residential tax is not included in price.
Cancellation policy
Due to the current situation with COVID-19, we are ready to return the total amount paid, if the guest is forced to cancel, with prior timely notice and explanation.

A large part of Bibinje is a pedestrian zone and everything you need is located near the accommodation: beautiful beaches, restaurants with meat and fish specialties, markets, post office. Every summer week, a traditional festival is held with Dalmatian klapa music and local specialties. Traveling to the village is possible by car or plane. There is a parking lot near the house. Zadar airport is only 7 km away. The owners welcome you in the restaurant "Domestico di Jaz" in Bibinje near the house. The owners also speak English and German and will advise you on all the best locations to visit. There is a possibility to rent moorings for the boat, from local residents, because there is a small marina in the immediate vicinity of the accommodation. You can go by car to the nearby national parks: National Park Krka and National Park Paklenica (both about 50 km by air), and you can also visit the National Park Kornati by the local boat "Barba Ive". In less than an hour's drive, you will reach the city of Šibenik.
