The entire house is rented exclusively for the needs of guests, guaranteed privacy and peace. From her balcony in the heart of a traditional Dalmatian town, there is a view of the old center of Bibinje (Trg Sri sela). The house is fully equipped and is located in the old historical part of Bibinje. The whole house (140m2 - 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 1 toilet, living room, kitchen and dining room, 2 balconies) and the yard (30m2) are rented in their entirety (there are no owners or other guests). The yard is bordered by a stone wall and guarantees full privacy for the guests, and contains an outdoor gas grill - NAPOLEON (collapsible side cooker, stainless steel). The yard is lockable, it is possible to leave bicycles, paddle boards (SUP) and other things. Ideal for families with children, the sea and beaches facing the Zadar islands are in the immediate vicinity (60 m), as well as cafes, pharmacies, shops and restaurants. Bibinje is 6 km from Zadar. With a beautiful sunset, the smell of salt and the sound of the sea, come and enjoy our place!

Payment and terms
An advance payment of 30% is made after a successful reservation as a confirmation of arrival, and the rest in cash upon arrival. Tourist tax is included in the price. The price includes the use of a fully equipped house with bed linen and towels, water, electricity, taxes, tourist check-in and check-out, and air conditioning. Arrival time (check in) is from 2:30 p.m. Departure time until 10:00 a.m. ADDITIONAL COST: Public parking is located 20m from the house, a privileged ticket is charged an additional 50 EUR per car per stay. One parking space is fully reserved for guests and always available, and a parking ticket is provided for the second space. Final cleaning costs EUR 80 and is charged upon arrival. NOTE: From this season (summer 2023) a new kitchen and newly furnished bedrooms (beds and mattresses).
Residential tax is included in price.

Nearby there are restaurants, cafes, a pharmacy, a children's playground, a beach with a slide, etc. Bibinje is also ideal for an active holiday (hiking, cycling, diving and windsurfing).
