Perfect stay, all recommendations! The apartment was exceptionally clean, modernly decorated and fully equipped, exactly as in the pictures, if not more beautiful in person. The location is great, everything was within reach, ideal for relaxation and rest We would especially like to commend the owner, who was extremely kind, hospitable and always available for any questions or recommendations. From the moment we arrived until we left, we felt at home. We will definitely be back again!

This year we were here for the first time with the whole family. We are all excited! Accommodation excellent. Each room is perfectly furnished. All devices (fridge, air conditioning, boiler, stove, WiFi, TV) fully functional. The owner was very nice and responded to every request immediately and helpful. Location in a beautiful location overlooking the sea and the beach 200 m away. The big advantage is a parking space just below the windows and a grocery store 100 m away. Definitely recommended!

The apartment is very nice and tidy with a sea view. It contains everything as stated in the description. The owner is kind and everything can be nicely arranged. The location is great because it is not too crowded but still quite close to everything. Plaza Kumenat is 200 m from the apartment. It’s great for people who want to be in a smaller crowd. It is also close to the camp, where there is a beach with pine trees and restaurants. We recommend.

We were here 4 years ago and came back again. Everything can be arranged and arranged. As for the apartment it is very nice and tidy. Inside is a double bed, 2 single beds and a sofa. The apartment has a large terrace with a partial sea view. It is very close to the center of Biograd (approx. 10min walk). To the sea is about 200m (sandy beach with pier) and about 10min walk to the sand.

The apartment is very nice and functionally furnished and clean. The owner, Mr Marijan, is kind and attentive. The house is located in a beautiful and quiet location, not far from the sunny beach. To the shady beach of Soline it takes a few steps further through the camp. It is possible to eat inexpensively in the campsite and sit in the cafes next to the sea or go for a walk all the way to the center of Biograd. A large shopping center is also nearby. It's definitely the destination where you would still want to return.

The apartment is nicely decorated, equipped with all the appliances mentioned, spacious enough for a young couple or family with one child. Beautiful terrace overlooking the sea. Shop and beach 3 minutes walk, 10 minutes walk to restaurants and other entertainment. We strongly recommend!

The apartment is very spacious, clean and offers plenty of room for five people. A small, cozy, family friendly beach ("Kumenat") is located in close proximity to the apartment. Furthermore, there is 100m from the apartment, a small shop with food, hygiene products, small toys and additional bells and whistles. The city center can be reached on foot in cozy for 15 minutes. I would recommend this rental property each still wants to be on holiday in the heart of the action, but to have his peace. Many thanks! Holiday in this apartment: any time!
