Apartment house Lucija is situated in an excellent location in a peaceful and quiet street just 5 min. easy walk from the main city beach Dražica, which has been declared the best equipped beach in the Republic of Croatia, as well as all other facilities necessary for a pleasant summer holiday that Biograd abounds in. The house has 4 apartments, all 40m2 in size, and they consist of one bedroom with a double bed, a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a bathroom with a shower and toilet and a washing machine, and an entrance area. The apartments on the 1st floor A-1 and A-2 have large terraces of 30 m2, and those on the 2nd floor A-3 and A-4 have balconies of 12m2. All apartments are superbly equipped: air conditioning, WiFi, SatTv, beds with memory foam mattresses, kitchens with dishwasher, large refrigerator with freezer, microwave and coffee/tea maker and everything you need for preparing and serving meals. We arrange sports fishing licenses, and organize big game fishing, We organize daily family excursions (max 6 people) on our own 10-meter sailboat Dufour 32, which we definitely recommend because anyone who goes sailing once wants to do it again. Since the owner of the apartment is a skipper with international experience, he will also provide you with a basic sailing school, and for more advanced sailors, participation in regattas. Biograd is one of the largest sailing centers in the Adriatic with over 50 regattas per year, and the Pašman Channel and the Kornati Islands are ideal waters for sailing and enjoying the sea.
Very good apartment with a beautiful terrace. Although not modernly decorated, it is very clean and spacious, has everything you need for a comfortable stay. One of the best vacations so far, however, I have already visited several places and various apartments. Nicely decorated app and in a very nice location. Close to the beach and suitable for families with young children. Mr. Boris very kind and helpful. There is a lot going on in the place, ringespil and lots of stalls. Provided with hungry stomachs. The parking lot is smaller (2x2 cars in two types), but just on vacation we come to rest and enjoy ourselves, not by car. Drazice Beach is a very nice beach and it has a slide. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND

The apartments are ideally located in a quiet location just a couple of minutes walk from the beach and the beach. They are well equipped, neat and clean and the hosts are very accommodating and pleasant.
