The mobile home -Barbara 629- is located in the small fishing village of Razanc, in Camp Planik, 700m from the beautiful beach with a view of Velebit. Nearby are the cities of Zadar (17km), Pag (30km) and the national park Paklenica (35km). equipped and ready for guests, it has two rooms (1 bedroom and 1 room with three beds), a living room with a kitchen and a sofa bed (2 people), a separate bathroom with a shower cabin and a toilet. The house has air conditioning, 2 LED satellite TVs, ice and cold water machine, coffee machine, gas oven, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, iron, hair dryer, set of dishes for 6 people, clean bed linen and towels. The house has a large terrace along the entire length of the house (24m2). On the terrace there is: a table with 6 chairs, a swing, a deck chair, a large and modern gas grill that can be used on the terrace or next to it. There is one parking space at the end of the terrace. There is a supermarket Tommy (100m) near the camp, the center of the town is 400m, pharmacy, post office, catering facilities, fish shop, etc... In short, a beautiful camp in a pine forest that exudes the beauty of nature.

Payment and terms

The payment model is 30% in advance and 70% upon arrival at the camp. Final cleaning is included in the price. We send a written confirmation of payment of the reservation. The arrival time is from 2 pm and the departure time is until 10 am. Upon arrival, you must register at the reception and provide your information. The tourist tax is NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE and is paid upon arrival at the reception in the amount of 1.33 euros per day and per person, for children up to 12 years it is not paid (free of charge). .
Residential tax is not included in price.

100% refund of advance payment in case of cancellation 30 days before or 50% refund of advance payment in case of cancellation 15 days before arrival.

Dear guests, this year we have made a special effort for you to have a comfortable stay in our house Barbara. That is why we have prepared for you: three bicycles for a pleasant ride and sightseeing, a small children's romobile, a SUP surfboard, two deckchairs that you do not have to rent on the beach, a small inflatable children's pool (see picture), safe for your valuables, which is located in the house and has a code, large and modern grill. We have camp staff who take care of the maintenance of the house, so if you have any malfunctions or anything you are missing, e.g. the disappearance of gas in the bottle or it doesn't matter, just write me an SMS or call me and the problem will be solved in the shortest possible time. Wireless internet access is also free in the entire camp area. We also have a welcome drink for all guests, which is included in the price. Dear guests, GOOD IT CAME TO US.

Excellent

Very friendly owner and warm welcome. The mobile home is very clean and fully equipped. The location is close to all infrastructure facilities. I highly recommend it.
