The reservation is confirmed by paying an advance payment of 30% of the total amount of the stay by bank transfer to the account. The rest of the amount is paid in cash upon arrival or by bank transfer before arrival, as agreed. The deposit is made by bank transfer within 3 days of the reservation confirmation. In case of cancellation up to 30 days before arrival, the deposit is fully refunded. For cancellations within 30 days before arrival, the deposit is non-refundable. In the event of force majeure or justified extraordinary circumstances, we try to allow guests to change the reservation date according to the availability of accommodation.
