The apartment is in the center, seafront on the waterfront, on two floors, fully equipped and very modern. The sea is in front of the house and the nearest beach is only 50 m. Nearby there are shops, bakeries, boutiques, pizzerias, restaurants, entertainment for children, rent bicycles and motorcycles and tennis courts. As soon as you step outside the door you will find a beautiful promenade in the shade of trees where you can run, ride a bike or roller-blade, which extends over 2 km to the beach Zlatni rat. The apartment has a terrace with a beautiful view, living area with kitchen, bathroom and bedrooms on the gallery. In the daily work, there are two sofa-measuring 1.40 mx 2.0 m, and the sleeping part of the gallery are two beds measuring 1.40 m x 2.00 m. There you have two air conditioners, washing machine, dishwasher, 2 TVs and satellite TV, WiFi, hair dryer, toaster, kettle, hand blender, cutlery, pots, pans, dishes, radio, CD and DVD player. There is enjoyed!

Payment and terms

When booking it is necessary to pay 30% of the total amount depending on length of stay, which is reserved. Reservations are returned by 100% if canceled 30 days before arrival (not counting the day of arrival). After expiry of this period the amount of the advance payment will not be returned. Payment in advance is done by direct payment to the account of the Bank, and the rest on arrival or by arrangement. Time of arrival at the apartment of 14 pm, and departure before 10am.
Residential tax is included in price.

Awesome!

I stayed in this apartment in September and I was very happy with the hospitality, location and apartment. The apartment is beautifully decorated, very functional, well equipped as the highest full PLUS is creation of a beautiful terrace to relax and enjoy the view of the island of Hvar. As soon as you open the door the only thing you see is the sea. Minutes from the beach, minutes from the city-highly recommendation for stay!
