Spend a carefree holiday in this house located by the river Kupa, which is ideal for swimming and fishing in the summer months. The house consists of a ground floor where there is a space for socializing and entertainment and a bathroom. The first floor consists of two separate units, each with its own living room and kitchen, two bathrooms and two bedrooms. The house is ideal for more families with children. The terrace offers a beautiful view of the river, and a hydromassage jacuzzi is available for relaxation. In addition to the property, there is a covered gazebo with barbecue facilities and a dining area in the fresh air. Explore the beautiful surroundings through numerous hiking and cycling trails. During our stay, we definitely suggest a visit to the city on four rivers, Karlovac, the town of Ozalj, the Bosiljevo castle and the Plitvice Lakes National Park.

Payment and terms
Payment will be made by paying 25% of the amount to the landlord's account immediately after booking, and in case of cancellation this amount remains with the landlord. The remaining amount is paid to the landlord on the account no later than the day before arrival or if it is paid in cash upon arrival at the location. The ideal time of arrival is between 10 and 12 o'clock in the morning, and departure until 12 o'clock at noon.
Residential tax is included in price.

In case of cancellation, the renter is left with 25% of the amount to be paid after booking.
