Reservation of the apartment is confirmed after payment of 20% of the total price of the stay to our account, within 5 days from the date of reservation (minimum 100 €, for amounts up to 500 €). The remaining amount of the rent for the entire booked period is paid in cash on the day of arrival, at the price agreed upon booking. In case of no-show on the agreed date, the apartment will be at your disposal for the next 24 hours. After that period we have the right to rent it to another guest. There is no refund on the unused reservation. The prepayment amount paid relates only to the contracted term and can not be transferred to another period. Arrival: 14 am, Departure: up to 10 am. Upon payment of the deposit, the client accepts the above conditions.
