Residential tax is included in price. It is not clean and therefore smells unpleasant in the apartment. A basin, a mop, a puddle of water were left in the middle of the toilet. The apartment is advertised as 4+1, and based on that information, I asked if the apartment has two separate bedrooms, to which the owner gave the wrong information, otherwise they would not rent the accommodation. The price of the apartment was €160 per night. We left the apartment the same day and the owner kept the €420 that was paid in advance. It's a shame that the system doesn't have the option to upload pictures so that you can see exactly what I wrote.

The guests showed up at the apartment at 2:30 PM. When we asked them to provide documents to register them in the eVisitor system, they did not provide the documents. They showed up after 4 hours, claiming that they were not satisfied with the apartment. They wanted to spend one night and leave, which we allowed them to do, indicating that they had to hand over their documents to register them in the eVisitor system. After that, they gave up and said they would spend that night and leave. I must mention that the pictures of the apartment are authentic to the apartment they came to. This is the first time in 7 years of renting that this has happened to us. We warned the guests that if they leave, they would lose their deposit (1/3 of the amount), and that we would lose the rest (2/3 of the amount). Since we have a very high rating for our apartments and that these are the only guests who canceled their stay (and did not provide us with documents for registration), we do not know the real reason for their departure, but we do know that we suffered significant material damage.
