Everything looks the same as in the photos. The apartment is well-kept and clean. Perfect for two couples/married couples. On the plus side - a large and very well-equipped kitchen, air conditioning in each room, two bathrooms, two exits to the balcony (partial sea view, the rest obscured by vegetation). The apartment is located in a quiet part of Brela, close to a small shop and a restaurant. We are satisfied and recommend it. Asia

Fantastic apartment! Everything looks the same as in the pictures. The apartment is well-kept and very clean. Very well equipped kitchen: plates, bowls, pots, glasses, blender, blender, coffee machine, kettle, etc. Air conditioning in every room. Two bathrooms are luxury and comfort. We visited a 4-member Brela family and stayed in a 4 + 1 Speedboat apartment. The hosts were always nice and welcoming to us, great family. Apartment modernly furnished and a nice garden around. The balcony has a beautiful view of the sea, Brac and Hvar. Accommodation is in a quiet part of Brela, where you will find relaxation, but at the same time you will not be bored. Nearby is a handy shop, restaurant with excellent coffee, food and ice cream. From the accommodation by stairs down the beach access. Clean water, clear, excellent for families with children. We recommend and will be happy to return sometime.

We were in the apartment in the first half of June, the photos correspond exactly, the view of the sea and from the lower apartments is beautiful and for many smaller beaches it is really a few minutes, to the nearest 2 The hosts are very nice, communication takes place with a native Slovak who lives here. Kitchen equipped very well, we lacked nothing, clean rooms, quality furniture and beds, both bathrooms clean and without problems. The only two possible disadvantages: the bathrooms have to be ventilated towards the hall and the bedroom, and grandparents live in the back of the ground floor (very nice!), While the insulation is not completely perfect - but it applies primarily to the bathrooms and the hall with the kitchen

Wonderful spacious apartment with lots of storage space in rooms and bathrooms, a complete dream, especially with children. The apartment has relatively new and modern equipment, is beautifully clean and quiet. Very nice older married couple owners, we wish many years spent in such a beautiful place. True from car to apartment it is a few steps down (about 50) and then from the apartment to the sea (about 100 steps) but our little children 3 and 1 year it tapped completely cool. The staircase is private and only for residents of the house. Beach directly below the apartment where mostly the same people go. In the second half of August it was full, but not overcrowded, as in Punta Rata. Everyone has their own space, only the most occupied places are in the shade. One small warning for those who have a bigger car like us Mercedes Viano, we were criticized on arrival by a young lady "owner " that such a large car does not drive on Brela because there is a big parking problem, so we were advised to go Car parking somewhere uphill on a paid parking lot. Fortunately, this did not happen .. Otherwise I highly recommend.
