Lovely sea-view apartments are just a 300m walking distance from the main Cavtat beach and 500 meters from the medieval town of Cavtat. It has a beautiful view of Cavtat bay and beyond of the Old Town of Dubrovnik. The apartment is located on the ground and first floor and as such ensures complete privacy and comfort. It consists of double bedrooms , bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, dining room, and a living room with a large teracce/balcony. The commodious living room comprises of a comfortable sofa ( for 2 persons sleeping ), table, cable TV, air condition . The kitchen is very sleek and modern and comes fully equipped (refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine) to make your visit more comfortable. Bedroom space consists of a double bed and a wardrobe for your belongings. Bed linen and towels are provided.The bathroom is complete with standard utilities and includes a washing machine and hairdryer. There is outside barbicue as well. Youre welcome !!!

Rocky beach Apartments are situated in a quiet and peaceful area surrounded by Mediterranean vegetation. Here you can find a wonderful place for your vacation. The apartment has its own parking space. Several restaurants, big supermarket, café bars, a fitness centre, tennis courts, an aqua sports center, children playground and all other facilities are within 10min walking distance from the apartment. There is a regular local bus connection to the old town of Dubrovnik all year round and boats operating frequently during the summer season. (bus no.10, bus station is 200 m away) . For all guests who are traveling by plane, we offer free transfers to and from the airport, and for those who travel by car, private parking.
Everything was just perfect for our 2 families here! Marina is a really very friendly and helpful host. The place was very clean and well decorated and the view from our balcon was stunning (the sunset view from the balcony was unbelievable)! The rooms are large and clean with private baths and plenty of hot water. The beds are large enough and comfortable. The kitchen is so large and fully equipped with everything you need. Living room also was very comortable and spacious. I felt like at home. Cavtat is a breathtakingly beautiful location, and Marina's place provides an excellent view on the sea and the mountains. It is very close to everything, but at the same time it is peaceful and quiet. We visited Dubrovnik one day (it is very easy to get the bus from Cavtat to Dubrovnik) and couldn't leave Cavtat anymore. It is a very nice city, with very good restaurants and wonderful/calm beaches. Very relaxing and beautiful. It was my favourite destination at Croatia. Highly recommend it!

My family and I were in Cavtat for the first time. And we found the accommodation via the i-net. Everything was arranged via the net. And when we arrived we were more than enchanted by the atmosphere, cleanness and the really nice landlady Marina! The apartment is very comfortable. Everything is clean and tidy. Marina also welcomed us with some amazing home-made liquers. She was on our disposal any time we needed her. Dubrovnik is also very close and the centre of Cavtat is 15 minute walking distance from the apartment. The beach is also very close, there is posibility to use also swimming pools if you like. The parking space for the care is secured. We really enjoyed the whole stay! We highly recommend you to stay there! We are coming back !

Our stay in the sea view apartments was excellent. The apartment was spacious and well furnished and equipped. The area was peaceful and the view across the bay from our balcony towards Dubrovnik was stunning! There was less than 10 minute walk down to the beach and bars etc. which was just enough to keep us fit!and 5 minute walk up hill to well stocked supermarket. Ferry boats ran regularly to Dubrovnik and various islands. Our hostess Marina was very kind and welcoming- she brought us fresh fruit and vegetables from her mother's garden and home made cakes- delicious ! She also took time to tell us about the area and advise us on how to arrange various trip out .Her husband picked us up from the airport and Marina drove us to the airport when we left- all free of charge !Could not have asked for more.
