Great location. We are located in a quiet part of Cavtat and in the same time release a brand close to town and beach, with just 5 minutes walk along the sea there you are already in the town center. The apartments are on the first floor, and the owner lives with his family on the ground. An exceptionally favorable we place especially if you arrive by car and have up private parking lot next to the road. for 2-3 cars. Apartments are equipped with everything you need on holiday, nothing luxurious and therefore the price moderate. It is especially nice to sit on the terrace and enjoy the beautiful view of the sea and the old town of Dubrovnik in the distance. Behind the house is a BBQ (grill) room with a terrace where you can sit in peace and enjoy your barbecue either fish or meat. In the garden prosor are lemon trees, oranges, figs and bay leaves. Administration is preferably to the group accommodation for 10 people such as 2-3 families or groups of friends. For any additional questions we are available. In beautiful and charming town of Cavtat we spent our last holidays year ago. We decided to stay in this apartment and it turned out to be a great idea. Localisation is really good. It took us just 5 minutes to get to the beach and 15 minutes to a city center. There was air-conditioning in every room, without any additional costs, which is truly important feature in such hot climate. There also was a big terrace with a sight on Dubrovnik. I also want to mention few words about such a great person as owner of this apartment. Really helpful and talkative person. There weren\'t any problems with communication. When we needed something he was right downstairs, ready to help us. We honestly want to recommend the place and owner himself to all tourists visiting Cavtat.

The apartment met all my expectations. Ivica - the host welcomed us very nice. The description of the apartment on the website is consistent with reality. The apartment is neat and clean. Ivica was eager to assist in case of problems. From the terrace of the apartment there is a magnificent view and you can see Dubrovnik through the bay. There are many walks in Cavtat and there are many interesting places to visit in the region. In Cavtat there is a diving center so you can actively spend time also under water.
