New, modern, 80m2 comfortable apartment overlooking the open sea, situated on the south side of the island of Ciovo. Located in a quiet street without traffic, only 250 m away from the most beautiful pebble beaches of Ciovo near shops and 2 restaurants with local specialties. A short walk of only 400 m leads to the village center from where public transport is available to the beautiful city of Trogir, under the protection of UNESCO, which is only 4 km away from us. The apartment is bathed in light, which allows it to orient on three sides of the world: south-east and west. It consists of a spacious living room, two large terraces, dining room with kitchen, two bedrooms, bathroom with whirlpool tub and toilet. Satellite TV, Wi-fi and air conditioning as well as two parking spaces are available to our guests. The apartment is fully equipped to the highest standards to make our guests feel as comfortable as possible.
