To confirm the reservation, it is necessary to pay an advance payment in the amount of 30% of the total price of the accommodation before arrival. The rest of the amount can be paid in advance to the account or upon arrival, in cash. The time of arrival (check-in) to the apartment is from 2:00 p.m., while the time of departure (check-out) is until 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure. Please adhere to the specified dates in order to smoothly prepare the apartment for the next guests.
Residential tax is included in price.In case of cancellation of the reservation, the refund of the advance payment is possible if the cancellation is made no later than 30 days before the planned arrival at the accommodation. After this period, the advance payment is retained as a cancellation fee.
