Payment and terms
In order for the reservation to be confirmed, it is necessary to pay 20% of the total price to the bank account (In case of cancellation of the reservation or non-arrival, the advance payment is not returned). The rest of the amount for the entire period is paid in cash when entering the apartment. We wish all our guests a pleasant and a nice vacation, which means that between 11:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. no noise, loud conversation or music is allowed. Visits to the apartment are allowed only in exceptional cases and with prior notice from the owner of the house, who lives in the same building
