A very nicely decorated and spacious apartment with a beautiful view of the sea and a large terrace where you can enjoy the whole evening if you don't feel like going out. The apartment contains everything you need. After a long journey, we were greeted by cold refreshments and figs in the fridge, which only speaks of the care for the guests. The owner Nina is very kind and if you need additional information she will definitely help you. A perfect destination for a quieter vacation. Thank you very much for everything!

We spent a week with Mrs. Nina in apartments Levant - Ciovo Okrug Gornji - Croatian islands; apartment A2 + 2. The apartment is nicely equipped with basic kitchen equipment, it was also nicely prepared and clean. The view from the balcony is beautiful. Mrs. Nina made basic cosmetics (shampoo, shower gel ...) available to guests in the bathroom and kitchen, and things such as oil, vinegar in the kitchen ... The beach is close and very beautiful with more than enough shade among the pine trees in every part of the day. Only one very steep slope needs to be overcome when you return to the apartment, but right at the top of the slope you are already at the finish line. The water / sea is beautiful, very clean, visible to the bottom, even when you swim far. The place is very quiet, there is only one small inn / fast food with simple food (pizza, fish, hamburger, french fries, salad). However, Trogir is close, only about 15 minutes drive. I highly recommend such a holiday to a childless couple who loves peace and romance, even to a family that has several children playing with each other. However, if you only have one and that is one that needs company as urgently as a fish needs water, then it will probably be quite lonely and annoying. There is no playground there either. In short: a nice apartment, a nice place, but whether it is right for you depends on your needs.

Dear Nina. Thank you for your hospitality and the great flair that we could feel in your house. The fish etc. was also very good. Greetings to dad! We really liked the apartment with the large terrace and the view of the sea (the stars above us at night) and it was fantastically beautiful. We had everything you need. The apartment is very well equipped. You can cater for yourself and if you search a little you can also find a few culinary and good restaurants. It is also advisable to visit the fish hall in Trogir. You can grill directly on the terrace. To go out to eat, you better need a car if you want something other than just the standards (pizza, etc.). This part of the okrug is the quieter one. It was ideal for us. The way to the sea is only short. We went swimming every morning to start the day and then had breakfast on the terrace. We made several trips to Trogir / Mlinice Pantan / Salona / Split, by car and by ship. On Ciovo itself there are also other natural beaches for swimming. The new man-made beaches are not our thing. Overall, we really liked it. Of course, hygiene was observed in the house (Corona regulations). Thank you very much and I hope to see you again in good health! Pozdrav Manuel & Tamara

Everything written in the opinions posted here is absolutely true. This is a unique place created by an exceptional owner. It is also true that if you are a fan of sea swimming and no crowds - this is the place for you. If you are a romantic looking at the stars and the moon reflecting the surface of the sea - then every night on your own terrace, in an armchair, you can admire them until the morning on the clear sky, in silence and undisturbed peace. No car will disturb your contemplation over coffee, wine and local fruit. If you are a cooking fan, you have everything here - appliances and spices - to show the skill of a chef, and then eat what you prepare on a terrace overlooking the sea, in the company of admiring your skills - family or friends. It will taste twice as good. If you are an artist - then you have all the favorable conditions for something good to be created here. Even if you are a fan of series and movies, you throw your family to a nearby beach and spend your lonely hours with Netflix on the TV in your living room. But know one thing, the place is so magical - it will be hard for you to leave there. And the will to return there will bother you all year round.

Who feels this house that is designed for family relaxation and socializing, Who feels the sea and the waves that charge your batteries to get through the winter. We are waiting for you next year!

Apartment Ponente has made our dreams come true: a beautiful stunning view of the sea and islands (we spent hours on the terrace) comfortable and airy apartment, decently decorated with sea motifs, equipped with everything you need for cooking and relaxation with very comfortable mattresses and pillows, our most beautiful beach Ciovo at only 5 min walk with crystal clear sea and pine shade. Absolute peace and quiet from traffic, close to cultural and natural attractions (Trogir 10 min by car, Split 30 min by boat for 24 kn, Blue Lagoon ...) bonus: bougainvillea, fig and jacuzzi in the yard. Warm and unobtrusive owners with whom you will settle in the same day and who really care about making your dreams come true. Our search for a summer place under the sun is over - here, at the Mercep family and Apartments Levante - we want to come next year as well. A warm and sincere recommendation!

Recommendable place for people who value peace and quiet with beautiful views in the background. The apartment is perfectly prepared, very well equipped. A wonderful addition is the family atmosphere in the company of a nice and very hospitable owner. A place where we will be happy to come back. I highly recommend it.

We were two in an apartment for max people, a bedroom with a large bed and a living room with a kitchenette, a sofa bed and access to a large balcony with a table. Beautiful sea view, nice large living room. air conditioning of course. There were cool drinks waiting for us in the fridge, in the cabinets homemade olive oil, frying oil, flour, salt and sugar, wine vinegar and pepper. Downstairs, a stone grill with a table beside it. Ample parking, close to the sea and a great family restaurant (prices lower than in the city)

We were at Nin for the first time, but we were in Croatia for the 12th time and it was the best apartment. Large, with two separate bedrooms (we were two couples), with a beautiful large terrace (beautiful view of the sea and full intimacy), on which, apart from a table with chairs, there is a grill and comfortable two sunbeds and a shower. TV with access to you tube and netflix. (in Polish). Very close to the sea and a homely pub with a delicious grill and pizza, definitely with better prices than in the center. Large private parking, yakuza, peace and quiet. Great location for people who value peace, and at the same time not so far from the center. When we arrived there were cool drinks waiting for us in the fridge (something nice for everyone) and then a very nice surprise. If nothing changes in the world, we'll be back next year.
