You can book by phone or e-mail. To confirm the reservation, you need to pay 20% of the total price as a guarantee of arrival, to the bank account for your and our security within two days of the inquiry, and the rest of the amount is paid on the first day after arrival. Stay in the apartment begins at 2 pm on the first day of stay, and ends by 10 am on the last day. The last day, i.e. the day of leaving the apartment, does not count towards the total number of days of stay. Bed linen is changed upon check-out, and guests staying 14 days or more are given bed linen on the 7th day to change themselves. Towels are changed every 3 days. The host thoroughly cleans and arranges the apartment with each change of guests. Bed linen, towels, garbage bags, toilet paper, washing machine tablets are provided to the guests upon arrival, and the other quantities are provided by the guest themselves.
