On the south side of the island of Ciovo, which is connected by two bridges to the old town of Trogir and the mainland, in Businci in Okrug Gornji, 60 meters from the crystal clear sea and beach we offer brand new, modern and superbly equipped apartments in Scandinavian style. All three apartments; Swea, Tora and Freja have a view of the sea and the islands of Solta, Brac and Hvar. Apartment Freja stands out with its fantastic open views. Each apartment is about 55m2, apartments Swea & Tora have two bedrooms with double beds, apartment Freja one bedroom. Living room and kitchen below where you will find everything you need, such as stove, oven and microwave. Dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle and refrigerator with freezer. Dining areas are available in the kitchen and on the balcony. Large bathroom with shower and washing machine. Separate air conditioning in each room, satellite TV with domestic and international channels and wi-fi are also included in the price. Heated pool, shower and barbecue.

In order for the reservation to be confirmed, it is necessary to pay 30% of the total price to our giro account. If the reservation is canceled, the amount paid of 30% will not be refunded. The rest of the amount for the whole period is paid in cash upon entering the apartment. Then it is also necessary to present a passport or ID card for tourist registration. We wish all our guests a pleasant relaxing holiday, which means that no noise, loud conversation or music is allowed between 11 pm and 8 am. Rocky beach All beaches in the photos are 60 to 300 meters from the apartment. Pebble beach with shallow sea and lots of shade suitable for the youngest children is 300 meters from the apartment. Free parking in the yard is provided for your personal car. (One car of normal size per apartment.) In the yard there is a heated pool with deck chairs, outdoor shower and barbecue which together with the dining area for guests to use. You can find the prices for the desired period in the price list. The price includes cleaning on the day of departure.
We stayed at Darko’s apartment for two weeks. The apartment is very fresh and modern with all the amenities you need. The owners are very service oriented and create a familiar atmosphere. Definitely recommend the apartment.

We were two adults who lived in the top apartment. The apartments are fresh, modern and well equipped with a complete kitchen and large fully tiled bathroom. We had a 180 degree sea view and ate every breakfast on the patio with a great view. At the back there is a cozy garden with patio and barbecue and a fantastic pool that beats many hotels. If you want to swim in the sea, there are both rocks and a beach within a few minutes' walk. There are a few bars and restaurants as well as a supermarket within walking distance of the property. The only thing you have to keep in mind is that it's a bit into Trogir, it's either quite a long walk or approx. 10 minutes taxi ride. The host Darko speaks Swedish, English and Croatian and was very helpful and responsive. We spent a fantastic week at Villa Dani and would love to return.

We had a great week in Darko's apartment, which contains everything you need. Super close to the sea with rock bathing places everywhere! 5-10 min walk to the beach. Darko advised us on both restaurants, excursion destinations, bathing spots etc. He was available almost all the time and answered questions quickly. Simply an incredibly nice landlord. We would love to come back. Can highly recommend this accommodation!

We had the pleasure of staying (one week in August ) at Villa Dani. Everything was fantastic. We stayed in all 3 apartements, All of them in perfect condition, well equipped with everything you need, nice and very clean and with a fantastic view. The lovely hosts gave us a warm welcome and made us all feel at home right away. We spent our days either at the lovely pool or at the rocky beach close to the villa. When not exploring Trogir or Split in the evenings, we enjoyed the Barbecue next to the pool. We hope to come back soon. Best vacation and highly recommended.

We received a very nice welcome and Darko was a superb host. He was very accommodating and helpful with tips throughout the stay. Always got quick answers. The apartment was also absolutely fantastic, even nicer in reality than in the pictures. Incredible view from the large balcony at the top of the house. Nice pool with cozy barbecue area. The kids loved it. A smaller store only a few minutes away and a larger one about 15 minutes away. Very close to the sea and many different bathing spots. Some restaurants were also within walking distance. Simpler restaurants and kiosks were at some of the beaches. Trogir was only about 15 minutes away by car. We can highly recommend Villa Dani and will be happy to return in the future.

Fantastic accommodation and a very kind and helpful host. We rented all 3 apartments for a week and were very satisfied. All 3 apartments are modern and freshly cleaned. A big plus is the swimming pool and the proximity to the sea. We also loved sitting at the table by the pool and enjoyed a nice (especially grilled) meal together in the evening. This is the third time we stay at Villa Dani - and we can highly recommend it! We are allready planning our next trip to come back! We rented the whole house since we are a big familly travelling together. The appartments are very clean, cozy and comfortable, equipped with all you need - dishwasher, Wi-Fi, fridge , tv and washing machine to mention some. The owners Darko and Niclas are the best, very friendly and helpful! Always there if you need them. A very nice pool-area with sunbeds. An outdoor kitchen that we used every night for our dinners, a large table and plenty of sitting space. The ocean just down the road, about 60 meters. Just stroll right or left and you will find many nice places for sunbathing and swimming. This is a very calm side of the island. If you want nightlife you can walk down to the ”main beach ” (15 min walk) where there are lots of bars. Food stores are in walking distance from the house. This is our Happy Place! I stayed in the apartment with my husband and two children. They are very comfortable and pleasantly furnished. Clean, equipped with everything you might need, dryer, iron, dishwasher, scissors, etc., and a washing machine that does the job because you can wash everything on the fly and the laundry takes only a few hours to dry. The owner speaks English and you can discuss everything with him or ask for help. Beautiful views from the terrace, spacious and comfortable terraces, mosquito nets on the windows and air conditioning in every room. The heated swimming pool is a hit, the area around the pool is clean and pleasant, and everything is tastefully decorated, beautiful flowers, accessories, lights that look so nice. As for the surrounding area, there is a well-stocked shop nearby, the beach is about a few hundred meters away, and the most popular beach in the area is about a 20-minute walk away. Apart from the beautiful views and proximity to the sea, for me the apartments themselves were very comfortable and I could relax there just like at home. I highly recommend this place!

Salt baths directly below the house from small saunas/rocks. Nice pebble beach approx. 250 m from the house, perfect for smaller children, small cute grocery store around the corner. No paxa sunbeds or Eurodisco by the pool, just to enjoy. Fantastic host who helps with everything with great patience, the neighbor has a taxi company and drove us wherever we wanted, to/from flights, excursions into Trogir, etc. Highly recommend.

We have experienced amazing time during our stay here (2 adults + 3 kids). Whole accommodation process (booking, arrival, stay and departure) was smooth and fully supported by Darko. We couldn't be happier for choosing this villa for our first time in Croatia. Surroundings: the villa is on south side of the island, the sea is about 70m, the nice beach (Beach Bočići) for swimming and kids to play is 10 min away. Okrug Gornji Beach is bigger beach, with logs of space and cafes is 2km away. There is walking path by sea for evening walks. Villa: the apartment is spotless! I never been is such clean and cozy apartment. All required amenities are provided, kitchen is fully equipped, all the small details like flowers and paintings make it very home-cozy. Balcony is spacious and have great view to the sea. The villa has heated (26c) pool with lounge beds. It was my kids favorite part of the trip. Grill zone also available. The yard have lots of flowers, some trees which create relaxing atmosphere. Overall experience is fantastic and I am happy that I chose this place for our vocation.

We rented the top flat and we couldn't be more happy. The space is clean and there is everything you need. The view from the terrace is amazing!!! There are a dinner table and a lounge set out there. A very comfortable bed, dishwasher, nice big shower and washing machine are making your holiday easy. The pool is making it very pleasant, and in that garden area there are also a shower so that you can shower before getting in the pool. 60 meter from the house, the sea awaits you, lovely!!! A minimart is close by and several cafés and nice restaurants. Make yourself a favor and rent this really nice place for a very, very good holiday. Darko and Niclas are the best host's you can wish for. They are attentive, friendly and always there to give you good tips on do's and don't when you are in Croatia.

Everything was excellent. The apartment is new, tidy, clean, the bed is very comfortable, the kitchen is equipped like no other before, the pool is very nice and clean. Deckchairs, parasol, table, shower by the pool. The apartment and the house itself are exactly as shown in the pictures and in the rental offer. Holidays end of June and beginning of July 2023. Super place in a quiet and peaceful place on the island of Ciovo. Very close to the sea, walk to the nearest store approx. 10 minutes. and at high temperatures, which was the perfect time for a cold pifffko on the way.
