The holiday home "Kod Dade"** is located in a quiet, southern part of the city, only 15 minutes' walk or 3 minutes' drive from its center. With its location, proximity to Daruvar Spa and other tourist attractions (Janković Castle, Roman Forest, Petrov Vrh, Dark Sky Park...) and an especially attractive view of the city, it offers guests the convenience of a comfortable stay and relaxation in the house. It has a total living area of 150 m2, the lower floor of which consists of a fully equipped kitchen (stove with oven, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, cooker...) and a spacious dining room. The center of the house is the living room, which with its spaciousness and ambient lighting provides visitors with a pleasant and romantic experience. The glass wall in the living room provides a unique view of the city, the hippodrome and the wider surroundings and is also an exit to the terrace. Staying on the terrace, especially in the summer months, allows guests to relax in the view and guaranteed privacy. Part of the lower floor is also a bathroom equipped with a bathtub with shower and all necessary sanitary facilities. On the first floor of the house there are two bedrooms that can accommodate a total of 5 people, a triple (equipped with a double bed and a single bed) and a double with separate beds. In addition to these rooms on the first floor there is also a second bathroom with a spacious shower. At the request of parents, a cot is available to our youngest guests. In the attic of the house there are two more bedrooms, all with two separate beds. So the total capacity of the house is 9 beds + two extra beds, which allows a total of 11 people to stay in the house.
