The property is located in the 3rd row of the Dolaška draga bay weekend village, part of the town of Drage, approximately 100 m (as the crow flies) from the sea and beaches that stretch along the weekend village to the dense pine forest and promenade. Due to the dominant elevation of the property (approximately 50 m above sea level), all apartment rooms and terraces have a beautiful panoramic view of the weekend village itself, the local harbor, the surrounding beaches, nearby islands and the town of Murter and the Kornati islands in the distance. The distance from the property to the sea (beaches surrounded by dense pine forests and a promenade) is approximately 300 m using the access road through the Dolaška draga weekend village; on foot around the road (approximately 10 min) or by car (2 min). The sea can be reached on foot faster (5 min) if you use a short section of the access road and one of the several flights of stairs in the weekend village purpose-built for access to the sea, beach, promenade, pine forest, harbor, cafe, etc. The facility has two apartments (on the 2nd and 3rd floors), of which only the apartment on the 2nd floor is rented, and the hosts (2-4 people) stay in the apartment on the 3rd floor in the summer, so they are available daily and at the service of the guests, but without disturbing their peace and privacy. Drage is a quiet seaside town located on a narrow strip between the sea and Lake Vrana, so guests can enjoy the numerous beaches and bays of the sea and the lake, swimming, fishing or exploring the surroundings on foot. In the nearby nature park PP Vrana Lake (2 km), next to the ornithological reserve there are several well-maintained cycling trails and the Štandarac and Kamenjak lookouts. National parks in the immediate vicinity; NP Kornati (15 km), NP Krka (20 km), NP Paklenica (45 km) and NP Velebit (54 km) offer guests a multitude of attractions. Sightseeing of historical Dalmatian towns; Biograd na Moru (8 km), Zadar (40 km) and Šibenik (35 km), a visit to Fun Park Mirnovec and numerous summer events organized by the Pakoštane Tourist Board provide guests with an active and varied vacation. Great accommodation! Very good location of the house, enough shade on the terrace, nice view and close to the beach. The hosts are very, very friendly, always available if anything is needed. You also get a lot of useful information about trips nearby. The beaches offer plenty of shade under pine trees. Near the APP there is a bakery, a shop, a pizzeria and a stand with local vegetables.
