The property is located in the 3rd row of the Dolaška draga bay weekend village, part of the town of Drage, approximately 100 m (as the crow flies) from the sea and beaches that stretch along the weekend village to the dense pine forest and promenade. Due to the dominant elevation of the property (approximately 50 m above sea level), all apartment rooms and terraces have a beautiful panoramic view of the weekend village itself, the local harbor, the surrounding beaches, nearby islands and the town of Murter and the Kornati islands in the distance. The distance from the property to the sea (beaches surrounded by dense pine forests and a promenade) is approximately 300 m using the access road through the Dolaška draga weekend village; on foot around the road (approximately 10 min) or by car (2 min). The sea can be reached on foot faster (5 min) if you use a short section of the access road and one of the several flights of stairs in the weekend village purpose-built for access to the sea, beach, promenade, pine forest, harbor, cafe, etc. The facility has two apartments (on the 2nd and 3rd floors), of which only the apartment on the 2nd floor is rented, and the hosts (2-4 people) stay in the apartment on the 3rd floor in the summer, so they are available daily and at the service of the guests, but without disturbing their peace and privacy. Guests have 1 parking space for a car in the facility's garage, and on the panoramic terrace (80 m2) above the garage (1st floor) they can use the appropriate equipment (barbecue, garden table with 4 chairs and 2 sun loungers) unlimitedly.

Confirmation of the reservation of the selected period (Voucher) is delivered to the Guest by e-mail after the advance payment (30% of the full rental price) has been made to the bank account of the Apartment Owner. The stated rental prices include a stay of up to 4 people in the apartment, and a possible stay of a 5th person (with the prior consent of the Apartment Owner) is charged an additional 20 EUR/night. The Guest pays the remaining part up to the full rental amount to the Host upon entering the apartment. The Guest's entry into the apartment is from 2:00 p.m. on the day of arrival, and departure by 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure. Any earlier arrival or later departure from the apartment is possible, depending on the availability of the apartment, with the prior consent of the Apartment Owner. The Guest has a parking space for 1 car at their disposal in the garage of the building. In agreement with the Apartment Owner, it is possible to use the washing machine. Great accommodation! Very good location of the house, enough shade on the terrace, nice view and close to the beach. The hosts are very, very friendly, always available if anything is needed. You also get a lot of useful information about trips nearby. The beaches offer plenty of shade under pine trees. Near the APP there is a bakery, a shop, a pizzeria and a stand with local vegetables.
