Renovated stone house from the 19th century, is located in a quiet side street with uninhabited houses around it. Other residential and motorway streets are 30-50 m away. Next to the house we have our own car park for 3 cars. The house has 3 separate apartments equipped with air conditioning, which are: - A2 2 (a) apartment is on the ground floor of 32 m2 (door on the first photo) - A2 2 (c) apartment is on the ground floor, 28 m2 entrance from the yard (the door on the fourth photograph) - A2 2 (b) is on the first floor, 32 m2 Apartments consist of: - a bathroom with a shower with hot and cold water, toilet and washbasin, mirrors and closets, - Living room with one extra bed sofa in 2x1, 4m bed suitable for 2 persons and kitchen with dishwasher and gas stove, sink, fridge. The bedroom is equipped with one double bed 2x1. 5m, wardrobe and luggage compartment. The washing machine is shared and is located in the boiler room in the yard. Air conditioning is in each apartment.

Daily rate includes accommodation for 3 persons. It is possible to accommodate 1 more person and this increases the price for 8 Euros per person. Each apartment has beds for up to 4 people. To confirm your reservation, you must deposit into our bank account a deposit of 75 Euros per apartment. For each reservation a surcharge of € 25 for cleaning the apartment and for a pet € 30 for each booking is still payable. Free wireless internet is available to guests with a limit of 100MB per day. Higher internet traffic can be contracted at an extra charge.

Rocky beach The nearest beach by the sea is only 300 m away and there are several. You can still find places for sunbathing and swimming and being alone. The sea is always clean and clear. Only 15 minutes walking distance to the largest Croatian lake - Vransko jezero. It is a nature park with well-kept cycling trails. The lake can be driven by boats, hunting fish and swim. The 4 national parks are located 30-60 minutes by car: Paklenica on Velebit mountain, near Starigrad, Zrmanja river where you can rent guided canoes that will bring you back to your parked vehicles. You can visit the Kornati, Krka waterfalls and the nearest Vrgad island.
