The family house DANICA in the village of Dramalj includes 3 separate apartments for rent (each on one floor), with a garden, garden and private parking next to the house. It is located in a quiet street, a 5-minute walk from the sea. The nearest town is Crikvenica, 3 km away. The owner/host lives in the non-commercial part of the house on the ground floor. Renting has been our family business since 1969, and to this day, thousands of satisfied guests have stayed in the facility who are happy to return. Today, your hosts are the married couple Zlatka and Vladimir Pavković. We will do our best to make your stay comfortable. We ensure complete privacy for our guests. A1 Apartment on the ground floor (2+1) has a covered terrace overlooking the sea and Mediterranean garden. A2 Apartment (3+2) on the 1st floor has 2 terraces and a balcony overlooking the sea. A3 Apartment (3+2) on the 2nd floor has a large terrace overlooking the island of Krk, all the way from Rijeka in the west to the distant Velebit in the southeast. The apartments are air-conditioned. Air conditioning is included in the price.

When booking, a 30% deposit is required to the landlord's IBAN. The remaining amount of the pre-agreed number of nights is paid in cash by the guest upon arrival on the first day of using the accommodation. Otherwise, the host retains the guest's personal document (passport, ID card, etc.) until full payment. For stays shorter than 3 nights, the price increases by 20%. Check-in time to the apartment: at the earliest at 3:00 PM Check-out time from the apartment: at the latest at 10:00 AM. You don't have to worry about a late arrival, your hosts will welcome you whenever you arrive! For an additional guest up to the maximum capacity of the apartment, the price per day increases by 12 euros.
Residential tax is included in price.Free cancellation by the guest up to 14 days before the booked arrival date. In the event of such a cancellation, the advance payment received with the reservation will be immediately refunded to the guest in full, less any bank charges. In the event of a justified cancellation (illness or force majeure) by the host, the host will refund the advance payment received to the guest and do everything in its power to offer the guest alternative accommodation in a timely manner.

Rocky beach Parking for one vehicle per apartment is provided next to the property free of charge. There is a barbecue in the garden that guests can use freely. For those who are not familiar with it, the hosts will be happy to help with preparing the barbecue and give advice on preparing local specialties. Pets are allowed on request, for an additional fee of 12 euros/day. The town of Dramalj offers its visitors a variety of beaches with various adrenaline activities, frequent evening cultural and musical events in the traditional stone sea port, and gastronomic offerings in several excellent restaurants. The town is idyllic and peaceful, and the rich nightlife can be enjoyed in Crikvenica, just 3 km away, which is reached by a promenade along the sea. A tourist train and city bus run between Kačjak-Dramalj-Crikvenica. The promenade around the neighboring Kačjak peninsula with a magnificent view of the Vinodolski Channel to the southeast and the Kvarner Bay to the southwest is also particularly attractive.
