The family house DANICA in the Dramalj settlement includes 3 separate apartments for rent (each on one floor), with a garden, a garden and a private parking lot next to the house. It is located in a quiet street, 5 min. walk to the sea. The nearest town is Crikvenica, 3 km away. The owner/host lives in the non-commercial part of the house on the ground floor. Renting has been our family business since 1969, and until today thousands of satisfied guests have stayed in the facility and are happy to return. Today, your hosts are the married couple Zlatka and Vladimir Pavković. We will try to make you feel comfortable with us. We ensure complete privacy for our guests. A1 Apartment on the ground floor (2+1) has a covered terrace with a view of the sea and the Mediterranean garden. A2 Apartment (3+2) on the 1st floor has 2 terraces and a balcony with a sea view. A3 Apartment (3+2) on the 2nd floor has a large terrace with a view of the island of Krk, all the way from Rijeka in the west to distant Velebit in the southeast. The apartments are air-conditioned. Air conditioning is extra: A1 - 1 unit 6 euros/day; A2 and A3 - 2 units each - 12 euros/day.

Payment and terms
When booking, a 30% advance payment is required to the IBAN of the renter. The guest pays the remaining amount of the previously agreed number of nights in cash upon arrival on the first day of using the accommodation. Otherwise, the host keeps the guest's personal document (passport, identity card...) until full payment. For stays shorter than 3 nights, the price is increased by 20%. Time of entry to the apartment: at the earliest at 3:00 p.m. Time of exit from the apartment: at the latest at 10:00 a.m. You don't have to worry about arriving later, your hosts will welcome you whenever you arrive! For an additional guest up to the maximum capacity of the apartment, the price per day increases by 12 euros.
Residential tax is included in price.
Cancellation policy
Free cancellation by the guest up to 14 days before the booked date of arrival. In the event of such a cancellation, the deposit received with the reservation is immediately returned to the guest in full. In case of justified cancellation (illness or force majeure) by the host, the host will return the advance payment received to the guest and do everything in his power to offer the guest replacement accommodation in a timely manner.

Parking for one vehicle per apartment is provided next to the building without charge. There is a barbecue in the garden, which guests are free to use. For the uninitiated, the hosts will be happy to help with the preparation of the barbecue and advice on the preparation of local specialties. Pets are allowed on request, with an additional charge of 12 euros/day. The town of Dramalj offers its visitors a variety of beaches with different adrenaline content, frequent evening cultural and musical events in the traditional stone harbor, and a gastronomic offer in several excellent restaurants. The place is idyllic and peaceful, and the rich nightlife can be enjoyed in Crikvenica, only 3 km away, which is reached by a promenade along the sea. A tourist train and a city bus operate on the route Kačjak-Dramalj-Crikvenica. The promenade around the neighboring Kačjak peninsula with a magnificent view of the Vinodol Channel in the southeast and the Kvarner Bay in the southwest is particularly attractive.

We run the facility together. Due to her better knowledge of foreign languages, Zlatka is in charge of communication with foreign guests, and manages the administrative/regulatory part of the work. Vlado, a mechanical engineer by profession, is very creative, always at the service of anyone in need. We are both communicative and well-intentioned. We want our guests to feel comfortable with us.
