The apartments are situated in a quiet part of Crikvenica. The house is located 5 minutes walk from the beach, and a half-hour walk along the sea, from the center of Crikvenica. All apartments have a parking space in the yard. Some of the suites have facilitated access for the disabled.

There were a lot of ants in the apartment, mostly in the bathroom. We didn't get the internet password. We bought toilet paper because there was only one of us in the apartment and the four of us stayed for a week. The picture on the TV was distorted. The bed in one room was very bad. 200 meters to the beach, but until you get there you don't know that you have to go up 3 steep hills from the beach, and they are big, it's not easy to get up there with children. We definitely don't recommend this apartment, the price is high for what you get. Thank you.

Regarding the ants, after your complaint I was in the apartment and did not notice them, but given the proximity of the garden, it is possible that they were attracted by food. We regularly carry out cleaning and treatments, but nature can sometimes surprise us. The internet is active and functional, so I'm sorry if you had difficulty accessing it, or that you did not ask me for the password. If you had contacted me, I would have been happy to help immediately. Toilet paper and garbage bags are standardly left at the beginning of your stay, but we always have additional supplies - you just need to ask. I do not enter the apartment during your stay, so I cannot know if anything is missing, unless you let me know. We met during your stay, and apart from the comment about the uphill slope, you did not mention any other problems. It's a shame, because I would have been happy to try to resolve everything on the spot. I will definitely check the bed — thanks for the tip. When changing guests, it is sometimes challenging to check everything in detail, but we try our best. As for the uphill slope, unfortunately, the terrain is like that and beyond my control. In the apartment description, we state the distance to the beach, but we will further clarify the access so that future guests have a clearer picture. Very comfortable apartments, a chic loggia with a beautiful view of the sea, there is everything you need in the kitchen. 5 minutes walk to the sea, 10 minutes walk to a large store! There are many places where children can play, the territory is fenced. We have never met such friendly hosts in Croatia. Special sincere thanks to the Maria, good health to her!
