Apartment Black & White is a stylish two-bedroom apartment, located in Duce, close to the medieval old town of Omis, only a short walk (approximately 200 m) away from a breath-taking sandy beach. Nearby you can find shops, stores, restaurants, bars, excursion starting points and everything else you may need during your stay. Apartment Black & White can accommodate up to 4 persons in 2 bedrooms and approximately 100 m² of space (120 m² including balconies), and it’s a private apartment located on the second floor of a building. This apartment consists of two bedrooms with a double bed each. Additionally, the apartment offers a comfortable living room, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area and a sitting area, one bathroom, one large balcony with a sea view and one smaller balcony as well. Payment and terms
Down payment price is 10% of the total price. Time of arival is obligatory after 14:00, and the time of departute is untill 09:00 Residence tax is included in the price. This residency does not accept credit cards. Bank transfer only.
Residential tax is included in price.
Cancellation policy
The guest can cancel free of charge until 30 days before arrival. The guest will be charged 50% of the total price if they cancel in the 30 days before arrival. If the guest doesn’t show up, they will be charged the total price of the reservation.
