The family house in Duće, which is located first row to the sea, 2 km from the center of Omiš and 25 km from the center of Split, offers the following accommodation units: two newly renovated apartments on the first floor with terraces facing the sea: Lavanda (2+1) and Maslina (3+ 1), two studio apartments Capuccino (2+1) on the first floor with a balcony facing the garden and Lila (2+1) on the ground floor with a terrace facing the sea. We also offer our studio apartment More for 4 people on the first floor with a terrace facing the garden. Right next to the sea apartment is our Family apartment (3+2), which has a balcony facing the garden and a balcony facing the sea. The apartments are in an ideal location right next to a sandy beach that is suitable for small children. They have their own parking space and free wifi. Nearby there is a shop, a bus station, several restaurants and a pizzeria.

We have been going to this place for 9 years and we are always very satisfied. Great location, friendly and obliging hosts. Clean, well-kept rooms and a well-equipped kitchen. It is a place where you want to come back.

We chose the Lila apartment for accommodation, which is newly and beautifully furnished, perfectly equipped from the kitchen to the bathroom, nothing extra was needed at all. The hostess very nice, helpful, we arranged the accommodation promptly within one morning, as well as was always available directly at the place of accommodation. The apartment is separated from the beach only by road, in an excellent location, where there are restaurants, shops and everything you need, ice cream, bars, food - all right on the beach. Close to the center of Omis, about 2 km, and to the center of Split by car about 30 minutes. Even so, the apartment was not disturbed by outside traffic, there was complete silence inside, the child slept beautifully. Whether you are looking for nightlife nearby or a quieter place, for us Duće fulfilled everything. The beach is sandy, we always found a place to lie down, there were not many people in the water. There are several beaches nearby, so not many people are in one place. The sea is amazing, warm with a long entry into the water, ideal for children. We highly recommend accommodation with children, we will be happy to return next time. Thank you very much for a beautiful holiday!

Very nice and friendly hosts, renovated studio - with a kitchen, bathroom and a beautiful flower terrace making evenings and morning breakfasts pleasant. The equipment of the apartment is new and functional. From the terrace there is direct access to the beaches, approx. 20 m. There is a shop and several restaurants nearby. Parking under the house. Quiet neighborhood, 30 minutes to the center of Omis on foot. We are very happy to stay in this place

A great place for families and more. Building with a homely atmosphere, great owners. Clean, cozy parking available. The apartment itself is very fresh, well-equipped and provides great comfort for 4 people. Super large terrace. Our apartment did not have a sea view and we chose it on purpose because it was very quiet and intimate and the sea and nice sandy beaches are just across the street (very close to the lanes). I highly recommend and thank Maria for a nice stay.
