CASA DELPHIA is a modern detached house with a heated pool of 5 x 3 meters, in Šegotići, in the Marčana Municipality. It is located in a quiet and peaceful location and is an ideal choice for a complete holiday away from noise and crowds. Casa Delphia is for 4 people, it is located on a 315 m2 plot with 72 m2 of living space consisting of: kitchen, dining room and living room connected in one room, two bedrooms and bathroom and separate area with washing machine. The house is fully air-conditioned. From the living room you come out to a terrace where you can enjoy a morning coffee, prepare a delicious lunch on the grill, and in the evening with a lighted pool to sip a cocktail. They are waiting for you with comfortable sun loungers, table and chairs and a solar shower at the pool. If you want to spice your delicious meals, use spice herbs from a small Mediterranean garden. In front of the house there is a parking lot for cars, bicycles or scooters. The plot is completely fenced and closed.

The beautiful Kamenjak-Premantura Nature Park is about 30 km away, and there is also the National Park Brijuni with indigenous vegetation, protected animals and a total of 14 islands and islets. In Novigrad, Aquapark Istralandia is 76 km away.
