The apartment and location is ok. The description says there is a washing machine. There is also one in the photos. Unfortunately none exist. This is a no-go, especially as a family. We were only allowed to use the host's washing machine once. This is more than modest, especially with a small child. We would never book something like that again. Unfortunately, the host has dogs, which bark very often and loudly and our child was afraid of them. A stress-free holiday with a child looks different. I would discourage anyone with children. To date, we have not received any feedback on the price reduction due to the missing washing machine.

We are very sorry that your child was afraid of two closed and loud Labrador bitches who are very attached to children. As for the washing machine, it exists in the pictures and in apartment B, and the host gave you his washing machine on the condition that you use your own detergent and wash the clothes yourself.
