When making a reservation, 30% of the total amount of the reservation is paid to the bank account. The rest of the amount is paid in cash upon arrival at the apartment. In case of early departure from the apartment, the rest of the paid amount is not returned. Arrival at the apartment is from 14:00, and departure is until 10:00. Residence tax and residence registration are included in the price. We send a written confirmation of the reservation (voucher).

Refunds are made in the event of unforeseen circumstances such as sudden illness or death in the family. If the reservation is canceled within 60+ days of the scheduled arrival date, a 100% refund will be made If the reservation is canceled within 30 - 59 days of the scheduled arrival date, a 50% refund will be made If the reservation is canceled within 15 - 30 days of the scheduled arrival date, a 25% refund will be made If the reservation is canceled within 0-14 days of the scheduled arrival date, no refund will be made

As a welcome gift, guests can find water/juice/wine in the refrigerator. There is a garden grill - gas and wood-fired - at their disposal. They can also help themselves to vegetables (tomatoes), herbs (parsley, basil, rosemary, bay leaf, thyme, sage), and figs.
