Apartments Benčić are located in a quiet part of Fažana. The facilities are fully equipped and are only a 5-minute walk from the center and the beach. All three apartments are located on the ground floor. The large apartment 6+2 consists of 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen and dining room, living room and utility room. The apartment also has two terraces with seating. Apartment 2+2 has one bedroom with a double bed, living room, kitchen and dining room and bathroom and its own terrace with seating. Apartment 2+2 has one bedroom, living room, kitchen and dining room, bathroom, utility room and terrace with seating. All three apartments have their own separate terraces with garden furniture. Parking is provided and is located on the property. The barbecue is located in the yard and is available for all guests of our apartments, as well as additional facilities: deck chairs, swings and a trampoline for children.

I agree with all the positive reviews. This apartment is truly exceptional. The location is excellent - in a quiet and peaceful part of Fažana (it was quiet at night), but at the same time close to the sea, and everything you need (Konzum store, bakery, fresh fruit stand, etc.). The garden with turtles, kiwi, olives, swings and sun loungers was also great - the kids really liked it. The day was pleasantly cool even during the hot summer days and we didn't miss anything in terms of amenities. We would love to come back here again sometime.

We spent a wonderful ten days in the apartment. The apartment is very clean and beautiful, and equipped with everything you need (a big plus is the washing machine). Despite the fact that the apartment is very close to the center (5 minutes walk), it is located in a very quiet street and you can't hear the hustle and bustle of the center. Even though it was very hot outside, we didn't need to turn on the air conditioning in the apartment because it was cool enough. What we liked the most was the garden, where turtles roam freely (the children are excited), you can relax in hammocks, and the children can swing on swings. A truly beautiful garden! In reality, it is even more beautiful than in the pictures. The owners also have three dogs, which are extremely friendly and playful. The apartment is about a five-minute walk from the beach and the center, and everything you need is nearby (bakery, shop, ATM, post office, restaurants, pharmacy...). The owners (Ingrid and Mauricio) are extremely friendly and always available for any help or questions. Our experience was super positive and we recommend the accommodation to anyone who wants to be close to the action (beaches and the center), but still in a quiet and beautiful environment. Because of the garden and the turtles and dogs, the children will also be delighted with the accommodation! My children want to spend their holidays here again next year.

We spent a week in the apartment, it was well-equipped with everything we needed at hand, a bakery and shops nearby, the center and the beach are also close by, a beautiful garden with kiwis, olives, turtles, swings, hammocks, and deckchairs for children, there was no time for boredom, and what's more, it was quiet and peaceful, a wonderful place and hosts who were always available to help if needed, a place worth recommending...

My friends and I stayed for 5 days in both 2+2 apartments at the end of April 2025. Everything was just like in the pictures, the apartments were tidy and clean, towels, bed linen and everything else for the stay were available. Mauricio and Ingrid are very friendly and ensured a pleasant stay. Unobtrusive, but always available for a chat and advice. Garden with playground equipment for children, where they can play without worries. Fireplace for preparing delicious grilled dishes also available. Parking available. Nearby is a town with shops, bars and restaurants. There is something for everyone. The sea and beaches are all nearby. The weather was also wonderful... We definitely recommend staying in the Benčić apartments... we will come again sometime.

We stayed there for only two nights. The apartment was perfect, clean, organized and it has everything you need on your vacation. Nearest grocery store is 5 min walk from it, beach is 10 min. Also if you want to go to the NP Brijuni, this is a perfect place to stay (you also have your own parking in a front of the apartment)

A beautiful private setting with a garden where children can play and jump on the trampoline. The center of Fažany is nearby (approx. 5 min). The local bakery is about 2 minutes away. The apartment was beautiful, comfortably furnished and clean. Mauricio and Ingrid are wonderful, always helpful and accommodating. We just love it there! We will definitely go back there again

We loved the outdoor sitting area covered by kiwi, which provided lots of shade. Children enjoyed the garden, swings and the trampoline. We had a wonderful time in Fažana. The place is full of life, yet calm and quiet. The apartment was near the beach and town centre but quiet at night. It is a perfect place for a family holiday. There was everything we needed for cooking, and the bedrooms and bathrooms were fully equipped. The apartment was tidy and clean and we enjoyed the garden with kiwi trees and turtles. The landlords are kind and helpful and the price is more than reasonable. We will be happy to come again.

The apartment has fully equipped 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 kitchen and the living room with large sofa so there was enough space for two families. Moreover, you can eat outside on the covered terrace with large table. You can hide here from the sun also. The large garden with swings and a trampoline is great for kids. The owner has here little turtles which are so cute. It is not far from the see and from the city centre with pubs and restaurants but still you have here privacy without noise. The both hosts are really helpful and kind. We stayed here twice and we'll surely come back again when visiting Fažana!

I highly, highly recommend Ingrid and Mauricio Bencic apartments. Perfect location, 5 minutes very slow walk from the main beach and the centre. The apartments are clean, large, equipped with everything you need: washing machine, dishwasher, full kitchen equipment, towels, beach mats, air conditioning, clothes dryers. In the garden, swings, hammocks, a trampoline, a badminton net and... turtles walking on the grass Large shaded outdoor dining table. Owners nice, helpful, with wonderful dogs.
