The house is located in Funtana, near Poreč, about 50 meters from the sea, the first beach is 200 meters away. The apartments are located on the first and second floor. The accommodation units are modernly equipped, bed linen is changed weekly, towels are provided according to the user's wishes. There are four apartments in total. There are many restaurants in the town itself, as Funtana is a well-known gastronomic destination for many tourists, especially Italians and Slovenians. Overnight stays of up to three days are 30 percent more expensive.

It is paid in cash. Long-term guests do not pay an advance, those who come for the first time pay the amount for one day by post or in the bank. Reservations are permanent whenever the accommodation unit is available, preferably after the New Year. Arrival time - according to the guest's request, daily after 12 noon. Departure of guests no later than ten o'clock.

A great place, everything was as described. The owner was friendly, and the rooms were cool; we didn't even turn on the air conditioning. Bikes are available for guests to use. It's close to the sea, and there's a market and bakery nearby.

An exceptional apartment for a couple or a family with a small child. Ideal size, thoughtfully and tastefully furnished, with everything you could possibly need. The terrace is large enough to simultaneously drink coffee with a view of the sea and a child playing, and as it faces west, it is shaded until noon, while later the awning saves the day. As far as we can tell, it was recently renovated, completely neat and clean. It doesn't suffer from classic Croatian ailments like mismatched sets of kitchenware (in fact, it's surprisingly good quality) or furniture from the GDR because "guests don't need anything better." In short, during our two-week stay, we never found ourselves missing anything or having any complaints. All in all, the apartment perfectly met our expectations. The owner is exactly the ideal type of host - warm, present when you need her, yet unobtrusive. As for the microlocation, the big store is literally around the corner, and Funtana is genius - not so crowded that you walk in a column of other tourists, networked with bike paths and woods, and (for us) most importantly, right in the middle of Istria, so every location is a maximum of an hour's drive away. An absolute recommendation for anyone looking for a more active vacation, sightseeing in Istria, families with small children, and the like.

Families with children
We stayed here two nights in the room with a large terrace, overlooking the sea. Great since we had two dogs with us and they could move freely. Also good for breakfast in the morning. Perfect cleaning. Towels found in the room. Mrs Vesna speaks Italian perfectly. Very nice owners. A few steps away a large supermarket and center within walking distance. Highly recommended.
